This property really is a quirky gem of the area! It is a perfect location in Parque 93 Close to restaurants and walking distance to a lot of recreational areas. from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel everyone was so sweet and accommodative. We were celebrating my husband‘s 30th birthday and I told them beforehand and they treated us so well they put a gift in the bedroom and a sweet treat. One of the receptionists (I am so sorry I think her name was Alexandra) she remembered us randomly mentioning that we were into photography and left a Colombian photography book in our room as a gift!! 💕The service was outstanding. When I initially made the booking I was talking to Lena and she was so helpful. We actually checked in after my husband‘s birthday because we were staying at other places in Bogotá and on the day of his actual birthday before we were even at the hotel she messaged and said happy birthday to my husband. I was so surprised and I thought that was such an amazing touch– the fact that she remembered. The architecture, the personal touches, the service of the staff are all what make Click Clack Bogota a must see location in Parque 93!! I HIGHLY recommend this place! We stayed in the Junior Suite! This review is supposed to evaluate the property in general: Great welcoming staff ready to help when you have the right approach... As requested they put an Espresso coffee machine and it was very much appreciated but only got 2 capsules: one of them decaffeinated out of 3 nights stay. Nice decoration in common areas and rooms as well even though some furniture starts to get old and used such at breakfast area. In-Suite, Marshals speakers were available and a Huawei phone that we didn’t know how to use it. Prime location near everything you need. Rooms facing the streets can be noisy: Junior suite as we could hear from outside. The breakfast included in the rate was okay with a few things and one option for eggs or main dish and not enough portioned. Their coffee tasted bad and felt that they put water on orange juice. Limited selection of fruits: pineapple, papaya, melon, some cheeses/ham and the pastries tasted old. Rooftop bar is lovely full of Colombian’s Jet Set and great cocktails and ambiance.

Not a bad word to say about this hotel, we stayed in 408 and absolutely loved our stay. It’s very clean, the staff are super helpful, the breakfast / food was excellent and the bed really comfortable. The location is fantastic - in the best part of the city in my opinion, really nice to walk around and right next to super restaurants / cafes / bars (but we couldn’t hear noise at night). Wi-Fi was excellent too for anyone that’s interested! This is a very bold statement, but as someone who always comments on shower strength in reviews because it’s so so key for me, I genuinely think this was the best hotel shower I have ever been to - it was incredibly strong for a rain shower and the shower products smelt like I was in a spa - I didn’t want to get out! Would absolutely love to come and stay again next time in Bogota.

What an interesting hotel! It's as quirky, fun, and unique as its name. The vibe, the architecture...it's so interesting. We got 2 rooms in the size XS for 1 person each - we wanted our own space (mother and adult daughter). A nice surprise was that drinks and healthy snacks in the fridge were free. The shower was an amazing rain shower with nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed was super comfortable, with great linens. We loved the bar on the top and met friends and family up there. We liked the Click Clack so much that we cancelled our Medellin reservations at another hotel and booked the Click Clack in Medellin also! When will you expand outside of Colombia?

On my second night at the hotel, a manager knocked on my door to deliver me a gift of a book in Spanish and a notebook to record my experiences in Bogota. She said that the staff had heard I was trying to recover my language skills after returning to Colombia for the first time in over 30 years (I used to live there). Talk about sweet! My first night, they left me a slice of carrot cake and a platter of freshly cut fruit. I arrived very late, after midnight, and it was a truly welcome snack. The made to order breakfast was delightful every day, too. Nice restaurant with really good food.
